Dr. Mrs. Pooja Sardeshmukh

Pooja is core management personnel of Darshanam with proven business skills and achievements;

She has Electronic Science Ph.D. with total 23 years of experience comprising of 8 years of Research and Development. She also has experience of over 15 years in international software engineering industry focused for Japanese projects in roles spanning f rom software project management, marketing, international business development , offshore project management, technical consulting and systems analysis.

She has a Ph. D. from University of Pune and she did her post doctorate research in Nagoya University . She has been working as IT consultant in Japan for over 15 years. At present she is working for Shinsei Bank , Tokyo .

She demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership since the beginning of her career in IT (software development) industry

In details, she has Knowledge of/ experience in -

  • Business applications in Japanese markets for industries like Banking, and Insurance, Automotive etc.
    • Technology Infrastructure for banking sector (Citigroup)
    • Experience with major Japanese clients in all software sectors like Automotive (Nissan, General Motors), Financial Services (Sumitomo Trust Bank, UBC, Skandia , Hartford Life) Service (Duskin Rental System, JAL, Fujitsu) Software application development and Internationalization (Fujitsu, Central Computer Systems )
    • International Busi ness development: Japan (Client) & India (Developer: onsite & offshore)
    • Interact with customer to get/understand system requirements
    • Explain the system requirements and design with Offshore personal
    • Preparation, review other project documents like T est cases, LLD etc
